Don’t worry, nearly all our orders fit through a letterbox so you won’t need to wait around for your order.

You can change your delivery address after placing your order but please do this as soon as possible as most orders are processed within 1 working day. Contact: and we’ll do our best to help you.

We don’t deliver to PO Box addresses. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure. For example, a communal postal address. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Yes, you will have the option to choose a delivery address during the checkout process – this can be different from the billing address.

Yes, if you change your mind please let us know as soon as possible as once orders have been processed it will be too late to cancel an order. In which case see our Refund and Returns Policy to return any unwanted items.

Unfortunately not. We are an online business and do not have staff in place to take orders by phone and our systems are not set up to take telephone orders.
